Andor Technology’s Zyla 4.2 scientific CMOS (sCMOS) camera features a low read noise and 100 fps frame rate. The 4.2 MPixel camera deliver 72% quantum efficiency and is thermoelectrically cooled to 0°C, and features a low noise fan, allowing it to be used in vibration-sensitive set ups. In addition, the camera features a front-illuminated scientific CMOS image sensor, 6.5 µm x 6.5 µm pixel size, and rolling shutter readout mode. Zyla 4.2 is suitable for use in applications such as ion signaling microscopy, super-resolution microscopy, and light sheet microscopy.
