Sofradir EC’s ATOM80 thermal infrared imaging camera core consists of a microbolometer array with 80 x 80 pixels and a spectral response of 8 x 14 µm. It features a thermal sensitivity of less than 0.1°C at standard video rates, an optical field of view of 23° x 23° HxV, a frame rate of 30 Hz, and an operating temperature range of -20°C to 60°C. In addition, the camera core has a USB 2.0 electrical interface and 14-bit streaming digital output. The ATOM80 enables a variety of applications, including low-cost thermal imaging, building energy efficiency management, advanced presence detection, thermography, and automotive safety sensing.
