JAI introduces two 5 MPixel industrial Camera Link cameras
JAI’s Spark SP-5000M-PMCL and Spark SP-5000C-PMCL 5 MPixel cameras feature mini Camera Link interface and full resolution output at 134 fps for 8-bit monochrome or raw Bayer images, 120 fps for 10-bit images, and 61 fps for 12-bit images. The cameras come with new 1" 1560 x 2048 pixel CMOS image sensors with 5 µm x 5 µm pixel size, and also feature in-camera CMOS pattern correction algorithms to provide lower noise and better low-light performance than with standard on-chip pattern correction alone. Also included is JAI’s Auto Level Control, which combines auto gain, auto shutter, and auto iris capabilities in an integrated function, allowing users to optimize their auto exposure. The new cameras from JAI are suitable for use in high-speed production line inspection applications.
