Infrared detector from InfraTec boosts camera frame rate

InfraTec is giving its ImageIR camera line a boost with the release of its new ImageIR 8300 hp camera, which is suitable for use in such applications as thermography, thermal optimization, scientific research, electronics, automotive, aerospace, and automation applications.

InfraTec is giving its ImageIR camera line a boost with the release of its new ImageIR 8300 hp camera. The implementation of a digitally-interfaced 640 x 512 pixel mid-wavelength infrared detector now enables 350 Hz full-frame real-time infrared imaging. ImageIR 8300 cameras feature a GigE interface, a focal-plane-array photon detector, a thermal resolution of 0.025 K (25 mK), and an integrated trigger interface. In addition, the camera comes with InfraTec’s thermographic evaluation software IRBIS 3 professional, which enables thermographic image data analysis and report creation. ImageIR 8300 hp cameras are suitable for use in such applications as thermography, thermal optimization, scientific research, electronics, automotive, aerospace, and automation applications.
