ADLINK Technology Inc., has announced the release of the MXE-5400 fanless embedded computer—which features a 4th Gen Intel Core i7-4700EQ quad-core processor—and is suitable for use in outdoor intelligent transportation, security and surveillance, and industrial automation applications.

ADLINK Technology Inc., has announced the release of the MXE-5400 fanless embedded computer based on 4th Gen Intel Core i7-4700EQ quad-core processor. The MXE-5400 features 4 serial ports with surge protection, 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports, 8 isolated digital input/output, 6 USB 3.0 ports, one internal USB 2.0 port, and built-in ADLINK SEMA 2.2 (Smart embedded management agent). In addition, the MXE-5400 features Intel Quick Sync Video technology, an internal dual SATA-III interface, and dual mini PCIe interfaces, which support wireless communication options such as WiFi or 3G. MXE-5400 fanless embedded computers are suitable for use in outdoor intelligent transportation, security and surveillance, and industrial automation applications.
