Component sourcing in the automotive industry has changed dramatically over the past five years, and these changes have had an impact on OEMs, suppliers, and designers of systems involving vision-based technologies.
In a free webcast on February 18, Gerald Budd, President of Phoenix Imaging, will discuss these changes and identify the technologies and setup requirements, including the system specifications necessary to carry out the various vision checks. In addition, Budd will offer a number of real-life examples that provide information on the necessary requirements to implement such checks and the inherent advantages and benefits for OEMs and end-users.
The webcast, which is sponsored by Cognex Corporation, Matrox Imaging, Omron Electronics, and Point Grey, will also feature a live Q&A for audience members to receive experienced input on their particular projects.
