Advanced Illumination will showcase a number of its machine vision lighting products, including linear lights, ring lights, and an inline control system at NI Week from August 4-7 in Austin, Texas. AI’s dark field ring light series includes the DF196, DF197, and DF198 lights. The DF196 provides lensed, low-angle, diffuse illumination and is available in 50mm, 100mm, 180mm, and 280mm sizes. DF197 lights (pictured) provide low-angle, direct lighting and are available in the same sizes as the DF196. In addition, the DF198 provides uniform illumination through diffusion and is available in 50 mm, 115mm, 180mm, and 280 mm sizes.

AI will also showcase its ICS 3 control applet, which is an intelligent inline control system that boosts light output up to 10X in strobe mode and provides analog intensity control from 0-10V input, as well as its AL295 MicroBrite linear array, which is expandable in 3” increments up to 18”.
