Joining the lineup of mvBlueCOUGAR-XD dual GigE Vision cameras are the new mvBlueCOUGAR-XD1212 and the mvBlueCOUGAR-XD104d cameras. The 12.1 MPixel XD1212 camera features a 1” Sony EXView HAD II global shutter CCD image sensor with a 3.1 µm x 3.1 µm pixel size that achieves a frame rate of 15 fps at full resolution. The 2.4 MPixel XD104d camera features a 1/1.2” Sony IMX174 global shutter CCD image sensor with a 5.86 µm x 5.86 µm pixel size that achieves a frame rate of 100 fps at full resolution. Both models feature grayscale and color versions, hardware preprocessing on board (FPGA), and an image memory of 256 MB. mvBlueCOUGAR-XD cameras are suitable for use in machine vision, life sciences, surveillance, microscopy, and medical imaging applications.
