Lumenera providing USB 3.0 camera demonstration at VISION 2014
Lumenera will provide a live demonstration using two of its USB 3.0 cameras— the Lt965R and the Lt665r—at its booth at VISION 2014. The demonstration is built around an antique record player in which the Lt965R accurately defines text with each frame (as a traffic application would need to), while the Lt665R recognizes unique objects (in this case, a pirouetting holographic dancer, which is indicative of an inspection application.)
The Lt965R is based on a Sony EXview HAD II ICX814 CCD image sensor which is available in both color and monochrome models and achieves 19 fps at full 3376 x 2704 resolution. The Lt665rwhich features a 1” Sony EXview HAD II ICX694 CCD image sensor, available in color or monochrome, and achieves a frame rate of 27 fps at full 2752 x 2192 resolution.
