The companies joining the EMVA are IK4-IDEKO and Effilux. IK4-IDEKO is a private research center located in northern Spain, specializing in manufacturing and production technologies. It is associated with the DANOBAT Group, the biggest machine tool builder group in Spain, and MONDRAGON Corporation, the five biggest industrial holding in Spain. The company has an inspection and measurement research line, which is done in collaboration with customers throughout the development process up until final set up and validation.
France-based Effilux develops and manufacturers LED lighting systems for machine vision applications. The company offers standard and custom products to its worldwide customers.
"Joining the EMVA is a key step in our development in order to be recognized as one of the European leaders for very technical LED lights on the machine vision market,” Arnaud Mestivier, sales manager at Effilux said.
In addition, the EMVA announced that registration for the 13th Business Conference—which will be held in Athens from June 11-13—is now open. The business conference provides high-level speeches, networking opportunities, and meetings with managers and technical experts of the industry including pre-arranged face-to-face meetings. Attendees will enjoy an excellent mixture of attractive speeches and presentations covering the topics of management, economics, innovation, marketing and technology trends, according to the EMVA.
