FLIR’s A8300sc is a compact, low noise MWIR camera that is designed for such infrared applications as electronics inspection, microscopy, materials non-destructive testing, failure analysis, aerial mapping, and industrial research and development applications.

FLIR’s A8300sc is a compact, low noise MWIR camera that is designed for such infrared applications as electronics inspection, microscopy, materials non-destructive testing, failure analysis, aerial mapping, and industrial research and development applications. The camera features a 1280 x 720 Indium Antimonide (InSb) infrared detector that has a 14 µm pixel pitch and a spectral range of 3 to 5 µm. It also streams infrared data via GigE, USB3, or CoaXPress interface. FLIR’s ResearchIR software enables users to monitor, acquire, analyze, and share data. In addition, the camera allows for full user control over integration times, frame rates, synchronization inputs, and window sizes.
