The Ninox-640 from Raptor Photonics is a TEC and liquid-cooled digital VIS-SWIR camera. Based on a 640 x 512 InGaAs detector from SCD with a 15 µm pixel pitch, the Ninox 640 enables high sensitivity imaging from 0.4 µm to 1.7 µm. The camera’s cooling (down to -4°F) reduces dark current to ~1,500e/p/s, allowing longer exposures. In addition, the Ninox-640 has a 14-bit Camera Link output, 70 dB dynamic range, and runs from 10 to 120Hz enabling high speed digital video with intelligent automatic gain control. The Ninox-640 is suitable for use in such applications as microscopy, astronomy, semiconductor and electronics inspection, and thermography.
