- Next up in machine vision conferences is the Association for Advancing Automation (A3) Automate show. To be held May 6-9 in Chicago, IL, USA, the annual event is a showcase of products and services, seminars, keynotes, and classes in robotics, machine vision, motion control, and industrial AI.
- Then, from October 8th through October 10th, Messe Stuttgart hosts VISION in Germany. This biennial trade fair has already booked more exhibitors this year—nearly 400—than it did in 2022.
- Titan Cement, a European construction materials company, has deployed an automated inspection system in its cement plant in Greece. The system—first deployed in late-2021—inspects bags of ready-mix cement for physical defects and printing errors.
