TabletProof 360° is a vision inspection system that ensures the quality of capsules or tablets during the manufacturing process. The system provides simultaneous 360° inspection using Optel Vision cameras and software, along with Aylward product handling technology. TabletProof 360° features a precise ejection system and runs at speeds of up to 120,000 products per hour. Its inspection features include shape and size verification, color verification, print inspection with OCV, and variable speeds. Optel Vision will showcase the TabletProof system, along with others, at Pack Expo 2013.
