Sensors Unlimited - UTC Aerospace Systems releases rugged InGaAs SWIR camera
Sensors Unlimited - UTC Aerospace Systems has released the GA1280JSX—an extended high-sensitivity 0.9 MPixel InGaAs SWIR camera that provides real-time daylight to low-light imaging in the short wave infrared (SWIR) wavelength for surveillance, laser detection, and penetration through fog, dust, and smoke. The camera features a 12.5 µm x 12.5 µm pixel pitch, a 30 fps frame rate, sensitivity from 0.9 µm to 1.7 µm spectrum, NIR/SWIR from 0.7 µm to 1.7 µm, and a Camera Link interface. The GA1280JSX camera, which will be on display at SPIE Photonics West 2014 in San Francisco from February 1-6, is suitable for use in low-light level imaging, covert surveillance, multi-laser spotting and tracking, and robotic systems (OEM version.)
