IDS Imaging Development Systems to present two new USB 3.0 cameras at VISION 2014

On display at their booth at VISION 2014 will be IDS Imaging Development Systems’ newly launched USB 3.0 cameras, the USB 3 uEye CP Rev. 2, and the USB uEye XC.

On display at their booth at VISION 2014 will be IDS Imaging Development Systems’ newly launched USB 3.0 cameras, the USB 3 uEye CP Rev. 2, and the USB uEye XC. The USB 3 uEye CP Rev. 2—which features an integrated image memory—feature a Sony 2.3 MPixel IMX174 CMOS image sensor or a 4K CMOS sensor from Aptina and will achieve frame rates up to 180 fps. A USB3 Vision compliant version of the camera is currently being developed.

Also on display at the IDS booth will be the new USB 3 uEye XC camera, which is a 13 MPixel USB 3.0 camera that features autofocus, facial detection, 16X digital zoom, backlight compensation, and automatic white balance capabilities.
