Varioptic to showcase C-Mount lens with integrated liquid lens at VISION 2014
On display at the Varioptic booth at VISION 2014 will be the Caspian C-39N0-16, which is the first C-Mount lens objective in the Caspian family of auto focus lens modules. Caspian C-39N0-16 lenses feature a 16 mm effective focal length and are compatible with up to 2/3" sensors. The lens also features an image circle diameter of 11 mm, built-in driving electronics which accepts I²C, RS232, SPI and analog inputs under 5 to 24V power supply, and an integrated Arctic 39N0 liquid lens, which enables focus from 10 cm to infinity. These lenses are suitable for use in machine vision camera applications, including automated inspection, barcode reading, biometrics, and medical imaging.
