BaySpec’s OCI UAV hyperspectral cameras are designed specifically for use on unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). The cameras are available in two models, the first of which is the OCI-1000, which features a 2048 x 2048 CMOS image sensor. The other model, the snap-shot OCI-2000 features a 250 x 250 CMOS sensor. Both cameras feature a miniature single-board computer and are able to acquire VIS-NIR hyperspectral data with continuous spectral and spatial coverage at frame rates up to 120 fps. In addition, the cameras achieve a spectral range of 600 to 1000 nm and spectral bands of 100 (OCI-1000) and 20 (OCI-2000). The OCI UAV cameras are suitable for use in such UAV applications as precision agriculture and remote sensing.
