Smart cameras from Datalogic to be showcased at Automate
At Automate 2015 in Chicago, Datalogic will have its newly-launched P-Series of smart cameras on display. These cameras are available in two different models: the P10 and the P15. The P10 features a 1/4" 0.3 MPixel global shutter CMOS image sensor with a 5.5 µm pixel size that achieves a frame rate of 120 fps. The P15 camera features a 1/1.8" 1.3 MPixel global shutter CMOS image sensor with a 5.5 µm pixel size that achieves a frame rate of 60 fps. Both cameras feature interchangeable lenses and illuminators, along with five focal lengths and seven lighting options. In addition, the cameras come with Datalogic’s IMPACT LITE software package, which features inspection tools and controls. The cameras are suitable for use, according to Datalogic, in machine vision applications such as food and beverage inspection, pharmaceutical inspection, and automotive manufacturing inspection.
