At NIWeek 2015, Point Grey will showcase its latest CCD and global shutter CMOS image sensor cameras, including its Chameleon3 USB3 Vision camera family (pictured), which features flexible form factors, including different board-level and lens holder options. The 44 x 35 x 19.5 mm cameras use CCD and global shutter CMOS sensors and achieve frame rates up to 149 fps. Also on display will be the Blackfly machine vision camera line, which utilizes sensors from Sony, Aptina (ON Semiconductor), e2v, and sharp. The CCD and CMOS sensors range from VGA to 5 MPixel with 37 GigE Vision and USB3 Vision models, including the new Sony Pregius global shutter CMOS IMX249.
Additionally, Vladimir Tucakov will be giving a presentation on August 5 at the Vision Summit on “Using the EMVA 1288 Standard to Select the Right Camera."
