3D quality inspection robot cell speeds quality control testing
Providing structured light technology with an integrated photogrammetry head, the 3DQI off-line quality and metrology cell offers accuracy below 100 µm in a cylinder of 2 m x 2 m height with a repeatability of 22 µm and a speed of up to 0.25 s/shot. The system features a 5 MPixel camera and a photogrammetry camera with 14 µm + 14µm/m and a 550 x 390 x 200 mm3 field of view, while operating between 5 and 45°.
RobotStudio Sidio Planner Power Pack is included for programming, with AutoPath planning for automatically calculating scanning paths. The unit suits off-line testing stations and allows for customization or expansion.
