Modifying its SX30 Prox Spot Light, Smart Vision Lights has released the SX30 (N4) machine visionlight, which is designed to work over long distances, thanks to a narrow beam of light. The SX30 (N4) features a 4° lens, which allows for a long, tightly-focused beam of light, where a working distance of 2 m produces a lighting pattern of 200 mm. The light also features an integrated constant-current driver, which enables the light to operate continuously or in on/off input mode, with the option for PNP and NPN input. The ODSX30 (N4), is the strobe-only OverDrive version of the light and generates two-and-a-half times as much light as the SX30 (N4). Both lights feature a single 5W LED in a small 30 mm barrel sensor housing and are available in white, 470 nm blue, 505 nm cyan, 530 nm green, 625 nm red, and 850/940 nm IR.
