The Awards Process
Vision Systems Design's editorial staff is known for writing in-depth articles on system designs and integration projects. We will bring that level of entusiasm and attention to detail to our coverage of the winning projects.
Vision Systems Design will recognize the winner and runner(s) up with profiles published in a special supplement in Laser Focus World’s November/December 2025 print issue and a PDF version of the special supplement. We will also feature the winners in our newsletter, website, and social media channels.

Deadline for submissions: June 18, 2025
Entries will be judged by an independent panel of experts in machine vision. We have developed a two-part judging process:
- An independent panel of judges will review the submissions.
- Finalists will be contacted to participate in a video interview with the judges.
- The winners—and other nominators—will be notified in September.
- A public announcement will occur in fall 2025.
