Designed for use with industry-standard direct-injection compatible detector technology, the Oxygen RD0092 is an 8 µm pitch dual-band, dual-polarity digital readout IC (DROIC). that supports 1280 x 720 frame size at over 500 fps at full frame, serialized to 16-bits/pixel. It has 8 µm dual-gain pixels with 260 ke- or 304 Me-capacity.

In IR search and track systems mode, the global shutter mode and windowing capability enables an unlimited number of 32 x 32 windows at 8895 fps to track multiple objects in real time. High dynamic range dual integration mode is used to expand dynamic range over 110 dB. This mode can run two integration times simultaneously on a checkerboard pattern of pixels to optimize system range, resolution, and detection sensitivity.

Designed to optimize IR imaging system performance, this off-the-shelf system offers user flexibility to change operating modes or window sizes in real time and toggle detector polarity or checkerboard integration between frames.
