CoaXPress 2.0 cameras and bundles in serial production

Designed for automated optical inspection tasks, Boost CXP-12 camera families and bundles are now in serial production. The Basler boost bundle includes a camera and a Basler CXP-12 interface card, which includes the SDK of the pylon camera software suite and provides a bandwidth of up to 12.5 Gbps using CoaXPress 2.0.

The camera is equipped with either Sony’s IMX253 CMOS sensor with 12 MPixel resolution and maximum frame rate of 68 fps or the IMX255 CMOS sensor with 9 MPixels resolution at a maximum frame rate of 93 fps.
