From the department of electrical engineering of Penn State University comes the most sophisticated imaging Web site I have yet to come across. Java-enabled, the site features image-processing software for endoscopy simulation, image analysis, texture analysis, three-dimensional parallel processing, and multidimensional visualization. And, because Penn State has used Java applets in the development of its site, you can play back movies of images on your PC.
