    The Checker-1 stand-alone vision inspection system offers six setup stages to perform a range of measurement, positional, and detection inspections at rates to 3000 parts/min. It inspects up to 20 line segments or areas on every frame at up to 50 images/s. Ten area checks can calculate areas, quantify brightness, measure size, assess coverage, and evaluate textures. Windows-based software guides the initial program setup, and no PC is required. Price is $5995.
