Priced at $4300, the F150 machine-vision system includes controller, camera, light source, lens, keypad, and cables. No programming is needed as system setup is keypad-controlled for 16 setup scenes with up to 16 inspection windows for each scene and as many as 23 pass or reject images can be stored in memory. Features include gray-scale or binary image processing, 512 x 484 viewing pixels, 90 x 130 x 50-mm controller, 29 x 31 x 48-mm camera, and 24-Vdc power supply.
