ipd names new distributor

APRIL 24--ipd (Billerica, MA: www/goipd.com), the intelligent products division of Coreco Imaging Inc., has named Faber Industrial Technologies Inc. (Clifton, NJ; www.faberinc.com) as its new distributor in the metro New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut area. Faber, a supplier of industrial automation, filtration, heating, and control products for a range of industrial applications, is now carrying ipd's entire line of machine-vision products for the factory floor, including task-specific Vision Appliances, NetSight general-purpose integrated hardware and software platforms, and Sherlock general-purpose machine-vision software.

ipd's machine-vision products will be sold through Faber's Motion Controls Division.
