The latest AutoVISION machine vision software update includes PROFINET industrial protocol and a multi-language interface to provide a simplified vision solution for German and Chinese-speaking users.
Microscan Link is available in AutoVISION machine vision software, which enables a method for connecting parameters inside AutoVISION jobs to outside industrial control systems. AutoVISION software’s latest release features expanded industrial connectivity and a new multi-language interface.
Specifically, the latest software update includes PROFINET industrial protocol in addition to Ethernet communication and discrete I/O and serial protocols. PROFINET is a standard for industrial automation using a computer network.
