Camera Link product line from EDT to be shown at SPIE Photonics West 2018
EDT will showcase their Camera Link product line consisting of simulators, extenders andframe grabbersat SPIE Photonics West 2018. One such product is the VisionLink Camera Link Simulator, which is a PCIe8 Gen3 board capable of simulating base through 80-bit data at pixel clock frequencies up to 85 MHz. This simulator enables the sending of test patterns through the simulator as well as the playback of previously-recorded data directly from the host computer. In addition to this, EDT will showcase its VisionLink XF and RCX fiber-optic extenders, which enable users to go beyond the limitations of Camera Link cables by converting your application to run over flexible and EMI resistant fiber-optic cabling. These extenders can support any Camera Link device.
