Teledyne FLIR Launches New AI Model Generator
Teledyne FLIR has launched a new software tool, the PRISM AIMMGen AI model generator.
The new tool is a dual-use AI model generator that allows for automated creation of AI models using datasets that are not subject to International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) restrictions, saving the user money and time. This allows the user to generate machine learning ready examples of military and civilian objects in various environments, weather conditions, and spectral bands, including SWIR, MWIR, and LWIR. It includes a number of features, including a library featuring Pelee2, PeleeX, Yolov10, Prism SKR, and future models.
Designed for use by defense, first responders, and commercial users, the PRISM AIMMGen is especially designed for such tasks as creating complex scenarios for autonomous vehicles or simulating current military objects that are otherwise difficult to capture in the real world.
