Featuring 12-bit output signal and Camera Link interface, the model C15400-30-50A X-ray TDI (Time Delay Integration) camera applies a new technique for detecting low-energy x-rays with an x-ray sensitivity range of ~25-110 kV and a pixel size of 146.5 x 146.5 µm, with 4096 x 128 pixels over a 300 mm detection width. Using an in-house developed photodetector, signal readout speed is 153.8 m/min.
Providing high-contrast x-ray images of thin objects such as thin aluminum sheets and light-element materials, including carbon fiber reinforced plastic, it is suited for non-destructive inspection of foodstuffs and industrial products. With detection over a broad energy range, it can simultaneously inspect for contaminants in objects containing thick materials that tend to block x-rays and thin materials that easily pass x-rays.
