High-speed 1 MPixel cameras feature backside illuminated image sensors

Full resolution capture speeds up to 76k fps are possible.

Phantom TMX series high-speed cameras feature back side illuminated 1 MPixel image sensors that allow pixel sizes down to 18.5 µm. The TMX 7510 model offers 76k fps at full resolution of 1280 x 800, over 300k fps at 1280 x 192, and over 770k fps at smaller resolutions. The TMX 6410 reaches ~65k fps at full resolution. With the export-controlled FAST option, the TMX 7510 reaches 1.75 M fps with 95 ns exposure time.

Both TMX series cameras offer 2 x 2 binning. The native ISO rating for the TMX series is 40,000D for monochrome models and 12500D for color models. Other standard features include 10 GigE interface, internal RAM up to 512 GB, and the ability to partition memory up to 511 times.
