The camera is ideal for OCR applications and industrial rugged tablets

The See3CAM_160 camera features a 16 MPixel autofocus USB 3.0 camera based on the Sony IMX298 image sensor and an on-board image signal processor. The camera can stream 30 fps at 1080p resolution and 24 fps at 4K resolution. It also features digital zoom, and according to the manufacturer, zero shutter lag.

The camera outputs uncompressed UYVY and compressed MJPEG formats and is UVC compliant for Windows and Linux plug-and-play. According to the manufacturer, the See3CAM_160 is ideal for document scanners/readers, skin scanners, access control systems, and optical character recognition (OCR) applications.
