Matrix Vision has released its mvBlueNAOS camera module, rc_visard 3D camera, and mvBlueCOUGAR-XT camera series.
mvBlueNAOS2 cameras are equipped with PCI Express Gen. 2 4 lane interface for direct data transfer up to 16 Gbps. The cameras are available in color and monochrome models and feature Sony Pregius and Pregius S image sensors, with resolutions ranging from 1.6 MPixels to 24.6 MPixels. The mvIMPACT Acquire SDK supports a wide a range of processor architectures based on NVIDIA, ARM, and x86 platforms.
Developed in partnership with Roboception GmbH, the rc_visard 1.2 MPixel smart 3D camera series includes the NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor and is designed for stationary and mobile robots and to support applications such as bin picking and navigating driverless transport systems.
The mvBlueCOUGAR-XT camera series features 10 GigE interface, Sony Pregius S Gen4 global shutter backside illuminated CMOS image sensors, and 1254 Mbps throughput. An integrated 2048 MB frame buffer is designed to improve data stability.
