Full well capacity and frame rate can be increased with binning technology.

The GSPRINT4510 image sensor is a 10 MPixel sensor with 4608 x 2176 resolution, 4.5 µm pixel, and in 4/3-in. format. It features less than 3 e- read noise, more than 30 ke- charge capacity, and >65% QE. Full well capacity and frame rate can be increased with on-chip charge binning.

Two models of the GSPRINT4510 are available. The first is designed for 3D laser profiling and supports 144 pairs of sub-LVDS channels running at 1.2 Gbps each, providing 2000 fps in 8-bit operation at 2048 rows and >3500 fps with an ROI of 1024 rows.

The second model is designed for high-speed industrial, life science imaging, and 4K video applications. It is offered in monochrome and color, can achieve up to 500 fps at 12-bit, 1008 fps at 10-bit, and 1920 fps at 8-bit.
