Basler has launched a line of 5GigE cameras, ace 2 Basic, with matching lenses (C23 and C11), GigE and I/O cables, and PC cards and available in mono and color variants. There are 12 models equipped with Sony's 4th generation Pregius S CMOS sensors (IMX547, IMX546, IMX545, IMX542, IMX541, IMX540) with resolutions ranging from 5-24 MPixels. The cameras are designed to work with the pylon Camera Software Suite in the enhanced GigE version, available for Windows, Linux and Linux ARM. Additional accessories include network and peripheral devices, a tripod connection, mount adapters, and trigger boards.
