LED Illumination for Line Scan Applications

Chromasens GmbH has launched a new LED illumination product for line scan platforms that combines tube light, bright field, and dark field techniques into one modular housing. The new Corona II LED Combined Tube Light Module from Chromasens delivers tube light brightness levels of up to 1.2 MLux with white LEDs, 12,000 cd/m² for bright field, and 800 kLux for dark field. Fan, passive or water-cooling options are available to maximize LED service life. The module can be set up as either tube light / dark field / bright field; tube light / dark field, or tube light / bright field. Various LED colors including white (5500 K or 3500 K), RGB, or infrared (850 nm or 940 nm) are available. Four lengths of up to 680 mm per single module.
