Basler has introduced eight new ace 2 camera models with Gpixel’s GMAX2518 CMOS global shutter sensor. The cameras have a resolution of 18.4 MPixels and a pixel size of 2.5 x 2.5 µm in a 1-in sensor format. With frame rates ranging from 6-20 fps, models are available with USB 3.0 or GigE interfaces in both mono and color versions. The new models include ace 2 Basic and ace 2 Pro versions with a footprint of 29 x 29 mm. They can be combined with Basler C11 lenses.
