    A low-power CCD camera the size of a penny that draws less than 20 mA is available from Marshall Elec-

    tronics. Featuring 1/3-in. format with a 300 ¥ 240-pixel array, the monochrome camera has a resolution of 225 TV lines and a signal-to-noise ratio of 45 dB. Power supply is 6-18 Vdc. With a 9-Vdc lithium battery, the camera can operate for 35 hours. Features include an on-chip autoexposure, switchable gamma correction, and AGC.
