CMOS sensor is camera-on-a-chip With a pixel format of 384 ¥ 287, the 5402 series of monochrome sensors features a CCIR or EIA composite video output. All electronic camera functions, including timing logic and exposure control, are implemented on-chip. The 5402 series operates from a 5-V, 45-mA power supply and has a 52-dB signal-to-noise ratio.
