USB3 Vision cameras from Toshiba Teli to be showcased at ITE 2015

Toshiba Teli will showcase its BU series of USB3 Vision cameras at ITE 2015 in Yokohama, Japan from December 2-4. The USB 3.0 cameras are available in a range of both CCD and CMOS models.

Toshiba Teli will showcase its BU series of USB3 Visioncameras at ITE 2015 in Yokohama, Japan from December 2-4. The USB 3.0 cameras are available in a range of both CCD and CMOS models, including a number of new releases:

  • BU302M:A 3 MPixel USB 3.0 camera with a 1/1.8” CMOS image sensor that can reach 120 fps.
  • BU505M:A5 MPixel USB 3.0 camera with a 2/3” CMOS image sensor that can reach 75 fps.
  • BU1203MCF:A 12 MPixel USB 3.0 camera with a 1/1.7” CMOS image sensor that can reach 30 fps.

BU Series USB 3.0 cameras measure just 29 x 29 x 13 mm, excluding lens mount, making them suitable for use in embedded or other space-limited applications. Additional features (CMOS-only), include sequential shutter mode, bulk trigger mode, and bus synchronization.
