Toshiba Teli will showcase its BU series of USB3 Visioncameras at ITE 2015 in Yokohama, Japan from December 2-4. The USB 3.0 cameras are available in a range of both CCD and CMOS models, including a number of new releases:
- BU302M:A 3 MPixel USB 3.0 camera with a 1/1.8” CMOS image sensor that can reach 120 fps.
- BU505M:A5 MPixel USB 3.0 camera with a 2/3” CMOS image sensor that can reach 75 fps.
- BU1203MCF:A 12 MPixel USB 3.0 camera with a 1/1.7” CMOS image sensor that can reach 30 fps.
BU Series USB 3.0 cameras measure just 29 x 29 x 13 mm, excluding lens mount, making them suitable for use in embedded or other space-limited applications. Additional features (CMOS-only), include sequential shutter mode, bulk trigger mode, and bus synchronization.
