USB 3.0 camera with Sony IMX174 sensor now available from IDS

IDS Imaging Development Systems’ UI-3060CP Rev. 2 camera, which features Sony’s IMX174 image sensor, is now available from production.

IDS Imaging Development Systems’ UI-3060CP Rev. 2 camera, which features Sony’s IMX174 image sensor, is now available from production. The IMX174 is a 2.3 MPixel global shutter CMOS image sensor that can achieve a frame rate of 161 fps in freerun mode. IDS have added a proprietary sensor feature, which allows the camera to be operated with long exposure times of up to 30 seconds. The UI-3060CP, which is available in color or monochrome, is suitable for use in industrial and scientific environments, including quality assurance, fluorescence microscopy, intelligent traffic systems, and high-end surveillance applications.
