Featuring the NIT NSC1201-SI infrared sensor, the WiDy SWIR640V-S camera features a USB 3.0 interface and can reach frame rates of up to 150 fps using the maximum pixel clock, while maintaining a dynamic range of >140 dB. The camera’s InGaAs global shutter sensor is a 640 x 512 sensor with a 15 µm pixel size and 14-bit ADC. Additionally, the camera features the company’s latest software, WiDyVISION 3.3, and also features internal fixed pattern noise correction. NIT’s WDR InGaAs sensors use an InGaAs photodiodes array operating from 900 nm up to 1700 nm coupled to a patented readout circuit.
