Targeting such applications as food inspection, laser beam analysis, quality control, and semiconductor inspection, the new Bobcat-320 infrared camera from Xenics will be on display at Photonics West in San Francisco from February 16-18. The SWIR camera features a 320 x 256 InGaAs infrared array with a 20 µm pixel size, is sensitive in the SWIR range from 900 to 1700 nm, and is available in three different configurations: a basic 100 Hz version, an advanced 400 Hz version and a 400 Hz version for gated imaging. Additionally, the camera features TE cooling, C-Mount lens mount, and is available in GigE and Camera Link configurations.
