Point Grey will showcase a number of industrial cameras that are suited for scientific imaging applications at Photonics West 2016 in in San Francisco from February 16-18. Among these cameras will be USB3 Vision cameras from the Grasshopper family (pictured) that feature second generation Sony Pregius global shutter CMOS image sensors such as the IMX250 and IMX252. USB Vision cameras from the Blackfly family, which feature the Sony IMX264 and IMX265, will also be on display. Additionally, Point Grey will showcase its compact Chameleon3 USB3 Vision cameras, including the 1.3 MPixel model that features the PYTHON CMOS image sensor from ON Semiconductor.
