Dr. Vasant Desai, CEO, XIMEA, talked about how his company is "big about small" when it comes to cameras, at VISION 2016. He described how his company tends to develop smaller cameras, which enables integrators to fit the cameras into tighter spaces, or be used in more compact applications. He then handed it over to Michael Cmok, Technical Sales Director, who provided a demonstration of some of the company’s cameras, including its miniature USB 2.0 xiMU camera, which is smaller than a coin. Cmok also talked about the company’s USB 3.1 cameras, the xiC series, and its USB 3.0 cameras, the xiQ series.
