Spectrometer from GL Optic measures light and flicker
With a frequency range of 0.1 Hz to 12.5 kHz, the GL SPECTIS 1.0 Touch FL spectrometer from GL Optic is designed to measure light, color, and the optical flicker of light installation at the same time. The spectrometer—which has a touchscreen display and universal mount—features a CMOS image sensor, 256 active pixels, a spectral range of 340 – 780 nm, and a wavelength reproducability of 0.5 nm. GL Optic notes that the GL SPECTIS 1.0 Touch FL spectrometer can be used during the production and quality assurance assessment of LED light fixtures and also while conducting lighting design and by light technicians.
