STEMMER IMAGING achieves fiscal year growth and receives local business award

In the financial year ending on June 30, 2016, STEMMER IMAGING increased total turnover by nearly 10% year-over-year to 83.7 million euros.

In the financial year ending on June 30, 2016, STEMMER IMAGING increased total turnover by nearly 10% year-over-year to 83.7 million euros.

The Germany headquarters contributed the largest share of total turnover with 47.9 million euros, which tops last year’s results by 11.6%. Subsidiaries in Denmark, Poland, the Netherlands, and Sweden achieved the highest percentage of growth in the fiscal year.

"With the result of 83.7 million euros we have surpassed the 80 million euros fiscal turnover and even exceeded our target," said Christof Zollitsch, Managing Director at STEMMER IMAGING. "Britain‘s recent voting for ‘Brexit’ will certainly affect the new financial year which started on the 1st of July."

In addition to providing hardware and software components for machine vision systems, STEMMER IMAGING also offers a range of services, including customized hardware and software developments, feasibility studies as well as the in-house manufacture of machine vision cables to our customers’ specifications, noted Zollitsch.

Furthermore, on July 18, Bavaria's Minister of Economic Affairs, Media, Energy and Technology, llse Aigner named STEMMER IMAGING one of the award winners for "Bavaria's Best 50" for the second time since 2013. This award is given to 50 high-growth, medium-sized companies that are owner-managed in Bavaria.
